A few quick notes to help you plan your trip and arrive prepared. If you have questions at any point, just reach out. We are happy to help.

What’s Included

Your stay includes private lodging, all meals, guided fly fishing, non alcoholic beverages, flies and terminal tackle, and all on ranch transportation during your trip.

What’s Not Included

Your package does not include fishing licenses, alcohol, airfare or travel to and from the ranch, personal gear such as waders and boots, and gratuities.

Payment Policy

A 50 percent deposit is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, the full package rate is due.

If we are able to rebook your dates, we will refund payments received minus a 10 percent service fee.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated and are not included in the package price.

As a general guideline, we recommend 10 percent to 15 percent of the total package rate. Gratuities may be given to the ranch manager at the end of the trip for distribution among the team, including guides, chefs, housekeeping, and ranch staff.

Medical

The nearest medical facility is Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) in Pagosa Springs, approximately 35 minutes from the ranch.

PSMC offers a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week emergency department.

For non emergency needs, PSMC also has a primary care clinic and weekday walk in visits.

Fishing License

Fishing licenses are not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing a valid Colorado fishing license prior to fishing.

Licenses can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at authorized retailers.

Power and Wi Fi

The ranch has full electricity with a propane backup generator and complimentary Wi Fi.

There is no cell service on any of the properties, however the Starlink WiFi has the bandwidth to accommodate wifi calls..

Alcohol

Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Alcohol is not provided.

Pagosa Springs has well stocked liquor and grocery stores if you would like to pick up supplies before heading to the ranch.

Tackle and Gear

The ranch and our guides have a selection of high quality fly rods and reels available, along with a limited supply of waders and wading boots. Guests are encouraged to bring their own gear for the best fit and comfort, but we can supplement equipment if needed.

Recommended tackle includes 9 foot fly rods in 3 weight through 6 weight, floating weight forward fly lines, and 9 to 12 foot leaders in 4X through 6X. Your guide will help adjust rigging daily based on conditions.

Flies and terminal tackle are included, and guests are welcome to bring their favorites.
